Despite the sun shining on Easter weekend, the damage has already been done, with rain falling 
throughout March and early April. All matches have been cancelled until Monday, April 17th, 

The ground has been so wet, it has taken several days to dry and by the time it dries it is raining 
again, consequently no wickets have been able to be prepared. With a weekend of dry weather in 
prospect, it is hoped that the groundstaff will at last be able to work on the squares and prepare 
wickets.

With games on the ground every day throughout April, the decision had to be made to cancel all 
games until Sunday, April 17th.
