England Women's Cricketer Heather Knight attended the Club's Tuesday coaching night to conduct a series of coaching sessions with the Club's girl cricketers.

Mike Knight (Newport Women & Girls Head Coach) enthused 'Heather was a star for England in the recent Women's Cricket World Cup and it was great for the girls to work with her at Newport. Heather is an excellent role model for girl cricketers and was very impressed with the high standard of cricket from the girls'.
